Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an In-house Sales Manager located in Bay, responsible for supervising and motivating the sales team, achieving sales goals, developing sales strategies, and maintaining customer relationships. The In-house Sales Manager will also analyze sales data and provide reports to upper management.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of sales management experience
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and developing sales strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and provide reports to upper management
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in working with sales teams and leading a team towards targets
• Experience in the industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
