Job Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls from customers or clients and addressing their concerns or questions.
Making outgoing calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to market products or services.
Provide friendly and efficient service to the internationals
Be the first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints
Respond professionally to inbound phone calls, including urgent situations
What we need:

College Graduate – NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
HS/SHS Grad or College Undergraduate
Must be willing to work onsite
Good to Excellent English communication skills
