QUALIFICATIONS:

a. Must be a graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other allied courses.
b. Must have at least 5 years of development experience in the required field and language, preferably in Web, Unix/AIX, and Windows environments.
c. Should possess superior knowledge and understanding of software development and testing principles and methodologies.
d. Must have sufficient working experience in IT as a key management officer leading a functional team or group within a department, preferably in a solutions and delivery team.
e. Should have collective experience in project and program management, documentation, and all phases of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including technical and application design and architecture, business and systems analysis, support, and programming.
f. Should have experience with RDBMS, preferably in Oracle, MySQL, MS Access, and other SQL-based databases.
g. Preferably, should have knowledge and experience with NoSQL databases.
h. Practical Experience on Software Testing and Systems Analysis
i. Working knowledge on Agile methodology and execution, big data and analytics
j. Preferably with working knowledge of web based applications0020using Java
k. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
l. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
m. Ability to handle average to complex system analysis, design, and development tasks.
n. Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
