Job Description

I. Basic Purpose of the Job

Responsible for vendor invoice audit and SOA reconciliation.

II. Reporting Relationship

Reports to the Accounting Section Head.

II. Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs invoice entry and audit to identify discrepancies.
• Reconciles statement of account & proposes solutions for vendor accounts.
• Handles & responds to supplier queries.
• Assists in monthly closing & identifies potential accrual invoices.
• Identifies recurring issues & coordinates for resolution.
• Identifies business cycle improvements & recommends to management.
• Assists in other group areas as needed.

  Accountancy- undergraduate

• Familiar with Windows applications. Excellent Excel skills preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction.
