Job Description

The Special Projects Coordinator manages and executes strategic projects within the company, ensuring alignment with company goals, timely completion, and adherence to budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor projects.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various departments.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare project reports and maintain documentation.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet regulatory and quality standards.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage vendor relationships and contracts.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of project management experience, preferably in the food industry.
• Skills: Strong project management, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge: Understanding of the food industry and regulatory requirements.
