Job Information

Job Description

1. Assist WWT Sales with technical support for clients or leads in regards to WWT equipment and processes.

2. Perform product demonstrations to potential clients, articulating technical concepts.

3. Support existing clients with technical issues in coordination with Sales Team.

4. Troubleshooting technical malfunctions and discussing system requirements with customers and engineers.

5. Supervise in-house or contractual installation teams for projects.

6. Install and configure WWT equipment with an installation team.

7. Evaluate new local and foreign equipment suppliers for DI and WWT equipment.

8. Evaluate contractors for water system projects.

9. Discuss technical equipment proposals with customers and suppliers.

10. Discuss project proposals with customers and contractors.
