Job Description
The Treasury Officer is responsible for managing cash flow, analyzing financial data, and ensuring efficient working capital at Global Visions Events and Marketing Network Inc.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Handles daily cash processes, bank transfers, and foreign exchange transactions.
- Administers funding accurately and timely.
- Coordinates funding internally and externally.
- Prepares cash forecasts and reviews cash transactions.
- Resolves cash issues promptly and maintains account balances.
- Conducts bank account reconciliation and supports the accounting team.
- Maintains banking relationships and treasury policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- College graduate in Finance/Economics/Business Management.
- 2-3 years of Treasury experience.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
