Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• A kind, nice, and patient demeanor, ensuring positive interactions and support for all stakeholders.
• Previous experience in sales.
• Previous experience in billing.

Responsibilities:

• Assist providers in setting up the vendor portal to become DOE employees.
• Manage the entire vendor approval process.
• Handle invoicing for each session and ensure accurate entry into Dragon software monthly.
• Input sessions into Dragon at month-end and download invoices.
• Review and verify all submitted invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Act as a third-party administrator for invoicing services.
• Conduct cold calls and send cold emails to offer the company’s services to providers.
