Job Responsibilities:

• Answers phone calls and provides important information/assistance to clients
• Checks mail, fax, and internet mail to assist customers
• Communicates with customers to address concerns
• Assists participants in understanding critical information

Requirements:

• Open to candidates without experience but completed college
• High School Graduates with BPO experience welcome
• Excellent English communication skills required
• BPO experience preferred
• Onsite work within 25km – 35km range
