This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction, efficient management, and providing strategic direction. The Hotel Manager supervises staff, manages budgets, implements marketing strategies, engages with guests, and maintains compliance with standards and policies & procedures.
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous 4-5 star hotel experience is an advantage.
- Excellent management and organizational skills.
- With 3-4 years experience in a similar role.
- High degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities.
