Job description: A Technical Support representative at ZHW CCTV PARTS & ACCESSORIES is responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting to users regarding CCTV and other products. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, conducting quality tests, and staying updated on software updates.

You’ll be doing:

• Utilizing advanced troubleshooting techniques
• Meeting deadlines and handling interruptions effectively
• Ensuring complete resolution of customer issues
• Performing routine inspections and quality tests
• Staying updated on software defects and upgrades
• Responding promptly to service issues

Qualifications:

• At least college level
• Basic knowledge in related field is an advantage
• Willing to work in Sta. Ana Avenue, Davao City, Davao Del Sur
• Can start ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php500.00 – Php550.00 per day (Basic salary will change depending on performance)
