Responsibilities:
1.1 Plan and manage the execution of the primary responsibilities as noted above.
1.2 Enforce spatial coordination working practices with all other MEP trades.
1.3 Enforce technical coordination between mechanical and all other trades.
1.4 Ensure work is carried out in conformance with the current technical procedures/method
statements, guidelines, work instructions, and memoranda.
1.5 Ensure all work complies with applicable codes and standards including local, and national
green building codes and other international codes as specified by the client.
1.6 Prepare regularly scheduled progress reports as required by the MEP Manager.
1.7 Attend meetings internal and external for the company as needed including any new project kick–
off meeting.
1.8 Evaluation of the performance of the personnel under direct supervision.
1.9 Perform in an acting capacity the duties and responsibilities of staff whose absence would
otherwise prevent the department from meeting its committed deadlines.
1.10 Support the MEP Manager in administering project execution plans to meet changing needs and

Requirements:
 Sanitary Engineering graduate; Preferably a licensed Sanitary Engineer or equivalent;
 With at least 10 years of progressive work experience, in Design / Consulting Firm.
 With a well-developed working knowledge of MEPF Services and Systems design
 With a working knowledge of various international and local Plumbing and Building Codes and
Standards.
 Experience in Industrial and Infrastructure projects is a must;
 Must be proficient in English and ideally in Filipino communication;
 Must be computer literate
 Must have developed working knowledge of the use and application of various design software
for calculation purposes such as Water Gems, Sewer Gems, Pipeflow, and Epanet including
surge calculation and analysis report.
 Working knowledge on packages with particular knowledge of environmental/sustainable design
methods

Workplace:
o Operates on a hybrid work setup (Head office is in Makati)
o Must be residing in Metro Manila and nearby provinces
o Must be able to attend client meetings in Metro Manila and outside Metro Manila depending on
the project site

Salary Range: 70-80K depending on experience
