Conectys Philippines is seeking IT Support Experts to provide frontline technical assistance for customers and partners in Davao. Responsibilities include proactive support, problem-solving, and technology issue analysis.

Requirements:

• Sharp troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in MS 365 Administration and Linux CLI management
• Deep knowledge of Systems Admin and IT Support Tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Prior experience in a related role preferred
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS and Microsoft 365
• Skills in remote desktop applications and helpdesk software
• B2 proficiency in Written and Spoken English
