JOB DESCRIPTION:
l Facilitates execution of production instructions by allocating appropriate resources
l Ensures product and process compliance in adherence to regulatory compliance by issuing instructions and reviewing
or monitoring relevant KPIs
l Measures, analyses and controls the: line efficiency, material usage and productivity variance by using available
systems and tools
l Reviews process failures and executes continuous improvement activities by identifying opportunities, accessing
proposals and implementation
l Prepares related information and participates wherever necessary in standard audits (HACCP, ISO, GMP etc.)
l Trains the team on manufacturing process, technology and standard operating procedures
l Communicates the flow of information from the management to Production staff and vice versa

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
l With Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Food Technology or other related courses
l With at least 3 years of experience as Production Supervisor in a food manufacturing or pharmaceutical company
l With strong leadership, decision making and good analytical skills
l Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
l Must be a keen observer

SALARY RANGE:
Negotiable

WORK LOCATION:
Interior Provincial Road, Pulong Gubat, Balagtas, Bulacan

WORK SCHEDULE:
7am – 7pm shifting schedule, 6 days a week
