• Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Creating and updating tickets using the ticketing system
• Providing basic troubleshooting and resolution for common technical issues
• Escalating complex issues to the relevant teams
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Maintaining a high level of customer service and technical knowledge
• Creating and updating infrastructure documentation

Job Requirements:

• Technical interest and desktop proficiency
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Technical writing abilities
• Fast-learner and self-starter mindset
• Familiarity with Microsoft client/server environments
• Knowledge of Active Directory, TCP/IP, and networking concepts
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure is a plus
