• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, provide feedback
• Create a positive work environment, ensure policy adherence
• Implement best practices, oversee recruitment, training
• Facilitate inter-department communication, ensure safety compliance
• Oversee operations of 10 stores

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

Experience:

• Retail & FMCG: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
