Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end accounting tasks and financial data reconciliation.
- Manage vendor relationships, invoice processing, and payments.
- Ensure prompt customer billing and accurate financial records.
- Conduct financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
- Process employee payroll accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and budgets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- 2 years as Accounting Assistant (Preferred)
- 1 year using QuickBooks (Preferred)
