Job Description

• Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality standards
• Train, mentor, and lead production team for achieving targets
• Monitor processes, ensure safety compliance, and maintain cleanliness
• Collaborate with quality control to maintain product specifications
• Manage inventory, troubleshoot issues, and enforce SOPs
• Conduct evaluations, provide feedback, and promote a positive work environment

• Requirements:
• – Proven experience in food production supervision
• – Knowledge of production standards, leadership, and organizational skills
• – Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• – Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field
• – Certification in HACCP or other relevant certifications preferred
• – Flexibility to work shifts and weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mexico, Pampanga: Relocation preferred

Experience:

• 1 year in the food industry preferred
