FILINVEST COMPANY: HOSPITALITY ENTERPRISE RESOURCES CORP.

Position Summary:

In accordance with the policies procedures and standards of Chroma Hospitality Inc. and Hospitality Enterprise Resources Corp (HERC) and under the supervision of the Country Manager Corporate FC and AVP for Finance the Tournant Financial Controller ensures that in his/her assigned property all financial data and reports are timely accurate and within generally accepted accounting principles. Internal controls are established and in placed accounting system is implemented and maximized in his/her assigned property. Produces cash flow analysis annual operating and capital budgets and analytical reports as needed. Ensures all national and local taxes licenses and permits are filed and paid in a timely manner. Advises the General Manager on financial matters. Interacts with the corporate office and reports any deviation to the established internal control and policies and procedures of Chroma Hospitality Inc.

Scopes and Responsibilities:

Covering Chroma Hospitalitys managed properties as assigned:

• Hospitality Enterprise Resources Corp. (HERC) tasks as assigned.
• Address audit issues (external and internal) of the assigned property.
• Assist in business improvement Business Central and Financial dashboard.
• Assist property in its tax audit legal compliance and annual budget compliance.
• Provide assistance and guidance to property Financial Controller to ensure compliance to
• Financial Policies and Procedures. 6. Other task that maybe assigned from time to time.

    Qualifications:

    • College degree in Accountancy
    • Certified Public Accountant
    • With relative experience handling the same position
