We are looking for 3 VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS to join our CEBU team. The role involves providing excellent customer service to clients, resolving their inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The VA will also assist with account management and provide support to the clients.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize e-commerce platform, including inventory management, product listings, pricing, and promotions
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction by analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operations, enhance product visibility, and drive sales growth.

Qualifications:
• Must have relevant work experience with the following:
• At least 4yrs experience in either a VA or CSR role
• Preferably with e-commerce background e.g. Amazon, eBay, BestBuy, etc.
• Tech-savvy and can quickly adapt to new learnings
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills, great phone etiquette, and elevated speech
• Keen to detail with high level of accuracy
• Must be able to work on-site and on a night shift
• Must have strong customer service orientation.
