MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• BS in Civil Engineering graduate
• 3 years experience in Contract Management
• Knowledgeable in contract procedures
• Proficient in MS Application
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Decision-making, negotiation & listening skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and analyze construction contracts
• Handle claim submissions for terminated contracts
• Control contract execution & minimize project risks
• Supervise timely contract preparation
• Communicate with partners
• Manage project cost & deadlines
