This position requires the ability to make independent decisions regarding accurate ICD-10-CM code assignments. Essential functions include identifying, reviewing, and abstracting clinical information from home health OASIS, assigning correct ICD-10 codes, and ensuring coding compliance.

Minimum productivity of 15-18 records/day with 95% accuracy. Hiring requirements include at least 6 months of clinical work experience, a medical course graduate, flexibility, and stress handling capability.
