Job Information

Job Description

1. Interviews patients about their medical history.

2. Monitors and reports symptoms and changes in patient’s condition.

3. Writes patient care plans.

4. May be asked to collect blood samples via HD access to send them for further tests as needed.

5. Carries out medical treatment under doctor’s supervision.

6. Administers vaccines, injections, fluid therapy medications as ordered. Explain usage and untoward effects, as needed.

7. Cleans and sterilizes surgical equipment.

8. Directly communicates with the Nurse Head.

9. Monitors the patient’s vital signs and health condition before, during, and after the dialysis treatment.

10. Informs families about the patients’ condition.

11. Maintains a sterile environment in the unit.

12. Teaches and coordinates with new nurses.

13. Establishes and maintains good interpersonal relationships.

14. Follows proper procedures in the implementation of the infection control program.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php24,00.00 per month
