Call Center Agents for Travel
Job Description
Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
What are we looking for?
At least 1 to 3 years in a user-facing or back of house airline industry or travel agency role
With in-depth experience with Sabre/Amadeus GDS
SHS (K12) or HS grad (old curriculum), undergraduate, college graduates are welcome to apply
Must have Excellent Communication Skills
Willing to work on site – PASIG CITY
