JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
– 2-4 years of experience
– Graduate of Nursing preferably with license
– Knowledgeable of mandated DOLE compliance
– Good in oral and written communication
– Knowledgeable in triage and emergency cases

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Provide emergency treatment in the workplace and promote healthy and wellness
program
– Assist employee for consultations and medical examinations
– Can administer first aid treatment
– Monitoring of HMO
– Filing of SSS sickness and other mandated health benefits
– Organizing employees annual physical examination
– Validate medical certificates of employees and recommend
– Make assessment report regarding illnesses and accompany the patient during
emergency situation (transfer to ER)

SALARY RANGE: 18K – 25K

WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
WORK LOCATION: Main Office
