JOB DESCRIPTION: Full time
• Transcription
• Preparing paperwork
• Scheduling of consultation with clients
• Preparing and emailing weekly reports
• Updating virtual files
• Build ongoing task list
• Oversee administrative tasks
• Admin tasks
