Bachelor’s Degree in HRM and/or Culinary Arts
With extensive experience in Hotel & Restaurant Industry. Korean and Japanese Culinary experience is an advantage.
Has a good grasp in Kitchen Operation, Food Cost Management and Costings.
Knowledgeable in MS Office.
