At least have 3 months Call center experience
Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
Customer Satisfaction and Interpersonal Skills
Computer Literacy
Effective communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
Experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
