Job Description

This position is mainly responsible for designing and reviewing Subdivision Development plans and resorts. The successful candidate will research and propose new technology, designs, and innovations, prepare cost & value analysis, review conceptual subdivision master plans, and prepare technical documents for various permits.

Job Qualifications

• Licensed Architect
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in Subdivision/Housing Development and/or sports & leisure resort
• Highly analytical, process improvement-oriented, and results-driven
• Executes tasks with utmost professionalism and integrity

Working Conditions

• Based in Ortigas with fieldwork for site inspections
