Job Description

1. Responsible in receiving P.O. and forecast from all clients and gather related information.

2. Update P.O. balance

3. Sourcing of possible suppliers and responsible for supplier evaluation with the supervision of Sales & Purchasing Supervisor.

4. In-charge for Suppliers Audit with Sales & Purchasing Supervisor.

5. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods and raw materials purchased.

6. Coordinate with Warehouse and QC and production status of products for delivery.

7. Call customers for any delivery problem encountered and delayed unpaid accounts.

8. Generates daily sales report, daily, & monthly update of sales forecast, updating annual forecast, prepare critical urgent items.
