The Title Transfer Management Associate at Robinsons Land Corporation is responsible for facilitating the transfer of Condominium Certificate of Title (CCT)/ Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) and Tax Declarations (TD) from the company to the unit owner’s name. This role involves managing client interactions, preparing necessary documents, monitoring service exchanges, handling tax payments, and performing other related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client interactions through various channels
- Prepare transmittal sheet for title release
- Document and monitor service exchanges and account adjustments
- Handle tax payment preparation and processing
- Administer tax payments and monitor check requests
- Perform other assigned tasks
