Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year working experience in a related field.
- Preferably with 6 months experience in the insurance and financial industry.
- Knowledgeable in ticketing systems like Remedy and ServiceNow.
- Ability to start immediately and work on a 24×7 schedule.
