Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Team Lead to manage our Client Services team in the Philippines. Your responsibilities include handling escalations, managing high call volumes, attending to priority customers, and implementing processes for a luxury brand.

Must Haves:

• Minimum 7 years of client services experience in luxury retail
• At least 5 years of operations management
• Exceptional English communication skills with American accent
• Own laptop, Metro Manila residency, and willingness to work in US timezone
• Available during weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70,00.00 – Php100,00.00 per month
