JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and resolve issues.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• AT LEAST COLLEGE GRADUATE
• EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
