Content Development Specialist
- Create and update technical training courses to support our PSC University development and ACE Certification programs.
- Content creation includes user guides training manuals videos online tutorials scripts social media posts etc.
- Interface and collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to create high quality technical content.
- Assist with our ACE Certification account management and content creation. Provide demo configurations for customers.
- Support clients in ensuring accounts are properly set up and maintained.
- Ensure that content is accurate uptodate and effective in conveying complex technical information to a userfriendly learning/training program.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of content creation processes and best practices.
- Ensure and adhere to company and industry quality standards and regulations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of PSC Software products and be able to effectively communicate their technical features and benefits to prospective clients during sales demos.
- Additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in relevant field.
- 13 years of experience in content development including training courses.
- Strong technical writing skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and subject matter experts.
- Experience with Adobe Captivate is a plus.
- Experience with video editing and video production is a plus.
- Marketing experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to portray complex technical information in a userfriendly manner.
- Flexible and adaptable. Strong drive to learn and succeed.
- Background in life sciences or whitepapers is a plus
