Your Role
We are hiring a motivated Content Development Specialist to create and update content for the ACE Certification Program PSC University and our website platforms. This is a remote position.
Create and update technical training courses to support our PSC University development and ACE Certification programs.
Content creation includes user guides training manuals videos online tutorials scripts social media posts etc.
Interface and collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to create high quality technical content.
Assist with our ACE Certification account management and content creation. Provide demo configurations for customers.
Support clients in ensuring accounts are properly set up and maintained.
Ensure that content is accurate uptodate and effective in conveying complex technical information to a userfriendly learning/training program.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of content creation processes and best practices.
Ensure and adhere to company and industry quality standards and regulations.
Maintain a strong understanding of PSC Software products and be able to effectively communicate their technical features and benefits to prospective clients during sales demos.
Additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements
Bachelor s Degree in relevant field.
13 years of experience in content development including training courses.
Strong technical writing skills.
Ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and subject matter experts.
Experience with Adobe Captivate is a plus.
Experience with video editing and video production is a plus.
Marketing experience required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to portray complex technical information in a userfriendly manner.
Flexible and adaptable. Strong drive to learn and succeed.
Background in life sciences or whitepapers is a plus
