Responsibilities:
- Sales Audits: Conduct on-site audits of sales activities, including checking sales records, verifying transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Data Verification: Review and verify sales data and reports for accuracy, identifying discrepancies and reporting findings to management.
- Inventory Checks: Inspect inventory levels, confirm stock quantities, and ensure proper documentation of inventory movements.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company standards for sales processes and documentation.
- Report Preparation: Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective actions. Present reports to management and assist in implementing improvements.
- Field Visits: Travel to various distribution points or retail locations to perform audits and gather data.
- Training and Support: Provide training and guidance to sales staff on compliance issues and best practices for record-keeping and reporting.
- Fraud Detection: Identify and investigate potential fraud or irregularities in sales transactions and report suspicious activities.
- Customer Interaction: Occasionally interact with customers to verify sales practices and resolve any issues related to sales transactions.
- Performance Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and processes, providing feedback and recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in auditing, accounting, or sales is preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software. Good communication and interpersonal skills are also important.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to various locations as required.

Pay: Php14,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
