Job Description

• Responsible for monitoring all Human Resource functions.
• Prepare compensation and benefits packages, set up company policies, maintain updated employee records, and ensure a healthy workplace.
• Implement training and development plans.
• Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions.
• Forecast hiring needs and ensure smooth recruitment processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies organization-wide.
• Handle employees’ queries promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with labor legislation changes.
• Work directly with franchisees in a specific geographical area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month

Schedule:

• 10-hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th-month salary
• Overtime pay
