Qualifications:

• College graduate
• Knowledgeable in using Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• At least 3 years of overseeing at 4 or more branches

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitoring sales and utilization using the provided Excel monitoring sheet
• Monitoring staff attendance through Viber
• Monitoring Foodpanda & Grabfood performance daily
• Preparing and sending purchase orders as scheduled
• Preparing weekly schedules
• Coordinating staff leave requests/change-offs
• Addressing basic operational concerns at each store
• Coordinating sales per branch with the Franchisor’s area manager
• Creating Local Store Marketing (LSM) initiatives with local businesses/offices
• Reporting directly to the Franchise Operations Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
