Requirements
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field, supplemented by at least 7 years of professional experience in web and graphic design.
Demonstrates proven leadership experience, having spent at least 3 years guiding a design team.
Possesses proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and UI/UX tools like Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Showcases a comprehensive portfolio that highlights skills in web and graphic design, user-centered design, and visual storytelling.
Exhibits an excellent understanding of UX/UI principles, web standards, and responsive design along with strong communication skills for presenting design concepts to stakeholders.
Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
Embraces the role of a creative innovator and a strong leader who is meticulous in design and passionate about balancing creativity with business and client objectives.
