JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A CONTENT CREATOR SUPPORT

Responsibilities as a Content Creator Support:

Respond to content creator inquiries regarding general FAQs advanced onboarding and aftersales support.
Handle imbursement and paymentrelated inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
Manage and resolve customer complaints with a positive problemsolving approach.
Maintain clear timely communication with content creators to ensure a smooth support experience.

Qualifications as a Content Creator Support:

Strong complaint handling and problemsolving skills.
High proficiency in English with strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Good time management and organizational skills with the ability to respond quickly to inquiries.
Experience in providing B2C customer service preferably in digital environments.
Familiarity with publishers and influencers especially in the downloadable content space.
Experience with social media platforms such as YouTube Twitter and Discord.
Understanding of gaming art design and music niches especially with regard to addons extras and modifications.
Knowledge of content monetization strategies including advertising and subscriptionbased business models.
