The role involves providing top-notch service to ensure customer satisfaction, excelling in phone sales, optimizing booking opportunities, and enhancing customer retention. The ideal candidate should be a college graduate with a degree in Hospitality, have 2-3 years of experience in an international hotel in a similar role, fluent in oral and written English, proficient in managing distribution systems, detail-oriented, outgoing, and a team player.
