NDIS Social Media Manager –
This is a remote position.
Purpose:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that resonate with our audience and promote our NDIS services. This role requires a strong background in creative writing content creation graphic design and audience engagement. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling has a keen eye for detail and knows how to craft compelling messages that capture attention and drive action.
Write and develop creative content for various social media platforms including blogs articles posts and captions that align with our brand voice and values.
Requirements Qualifications
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role preferably within the NDIS sector or related industries.
Strong background in creative writing with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
Experience in creating a variety of content types including blogs articles social media posts and graphics using tools like Canva and WordPress.
Indepth knowledge of social media platforms trends and best practices.
Excellent proofreading and editing skills with a strong focus on accuracy and clarity.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Qualifications and Experience: – Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. – Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, IT, or a similar executive role. – Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. – Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, web development, and graphic design. – Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and other relevant software. – Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal. – Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. – Excellent leadership and team management skills. – Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: – Experience in the [industry] sector. – Knowledge of CRM systems, ERP platforms, and other business software. – Certification in project management or IT-related disciplines.
