Maintenance and Housekeeper
Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets restocking toilet supplies vacuuming dusting and rearranging tables and chairs.
Report and return any properties found while rendering service
Report cases of property damage to supervisor
Work with a team of housekeepers/maintenance on each shift
Clean disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift
Maintain a positive relationship with employees and guests
Monitor and report on the inventory of cleaning and pantry supplies
Respond to calls for housekeeping problems such as spills and replenishment of stocks
Collect and remove trash and debris
Report turn in and log all lost and found items
Clean upholstered furniture
Perform detailed deep cleans when required
Applying preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems
Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
Respond to emergency situations in accordance with departmental protocol
Assist Supervisor in establishing and maintaining all equipment tools supplies in stock inventories and logs
Requirements
Someone to help make our facility is squeakyclean.The ideal candidate is an energetic selfmotivated and dependable individual who wants to help provide clean and comfortable working spaces for employees and guests. Training will be provided.
Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure teamwork and positive client and coworker relations
Be able to take direction and follow instructions
Must be safety conscious
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure accuracy and timely completion
24 hour availability for emergencies and as part of an oncall rotation.
Willingness to work overtime on special projects as required.
