Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing kitchen station before the start of meal service.
• Store remaining food items/ ingredients in the chiller or freezer, labeling them properly.
• Coordinate with kitchen helper on stocks that need to be thawed for the next day.
• Record all spoilage and submit to the supervisor on duty.

Qualifications:

• Preferably with at least 1 year experience as line cook.

Job Type: Full-time
