Qualifications:
- College Graduate.
- With 5 years of actual work experience in property management, materials management, and documentation, 2 years of which has been in a managerial capacity.
- Willing to start ASAP.
- Willing to work at San Pedro, Laguna.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management of Records Control and Documentation
- Management of General Services Transactions and Projects
- Strategic Management
- Engineering Services (manages facility construction, improvements, repairs and maintenance)
- Corporate Planning and Deliverables Monitoring
- Business Process Improvements and Process Documentation
- Personnel Management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php45,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
