Job Description

• Overseeing facility operations and managing a team of production employees
• Implementing policies and monitoring output to meet production goals on time and within budget
• Hiring and training new team members, performing maintenance on equipment as needed and ensuring compliance with safety standards to maintain a productive work environment
• Managing product quality and optimizing operating costs
• Ensuring the factory is in clean condition and employees adhere to health safety standards
• Managing the inventory levels of raw materials and ensuring there is enough to cover the production schedule
• Managing and maintaining equipment in the factory
• Managing the storage of raw materials and finished goods

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php40,00.00 per month
