HR and Office Manager
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Lead the recruitment process by scouting, screening, hiring, and orienting all company employees.
-Review and update the HR manual as needed to ensure alignment with company policies.
-Enforce HR policies, issue memos, sanctions, and termination letters to ensure compliance and discipline.
-Oversee payroll processing, government-mandated benefits, and other HR tasks for the company and its affiliates.
-Develop and implement employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace environment.
-Ensure prompt and courteous coordination with suppliers and timely processing of importation-related administrative tasks.
-Address customer or sales agent concerns effectively through the admin team.
-Oversee all local purchases, including trade stocks and office supplies.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
-With 3 years of experience in Managerial role
-Experience in Office and Administrative Management
-Proven experience in handling payroll, government-mandated benefits, and regulatory permits.
-Experience in property management, security oversight, and warehouse operations is a plus.
-Amenable to work in San Juan
