Bilingual Client Relations Manager
This is a remote position.

The law office is a fastpaced immigration law firm. We help immigrants and their families using our knowledge of both immigration and criminal law. We are passionate professionals that want to help immigrants make America their home.
The work we do has an immediate impact on the lives of people. At times we are what stands between our client s American Dream and whether he or she is removed from the United States.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8AM5PM Chicago Time

Job Expectations:
Potential New Clients and Client Engagement: Proactively connect with potential new clients and engage with current ones transforming inquiries into inspiring and hopeful journeys. You will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships by being the first point of contact and continuously nurturing these connections.
Empathy and Guidance: Listen attentively to client stories and understand their unique needs. Provide empathetic support and guidance offering direction and helping clients navigate through their challenges and opportunities.
Persistent FollowUp: Demonstrate a positive and persistent attitude in all client interactions. Ensure consistent followup to guide each client towards their goals helping them achieve success and satisfaction.
Requirements
Must be fluent in Spanish: Communicate clearly and effectively.
Interpersonal Skills: Work with fellow team members to provide the best opportunity to potential clients to change their lives.
Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrate empathy and positive communication. This position requires you to dive in the story of a potential client while showing them how we can help change their life.
