Requirements:

• Graduate of any four-year course
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in Quality Assurance, Customer Service, and supervisory or leadership role
• Proficiency in ISO 9001 Documentation, Leadership Training, Problem Solving Tools, QC tools, process analysis, 7S and 8D, Customer Service Training
• Preferably experience in healthcare industry or medical administration
