Duties and responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage incoming and outgoing shipping documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations and requirements.
• Identify and address any logistics-related issues or bottlenecks.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and address any issues that arise during transit.
• Liaise with internal teams to provide updates on shipment status, resolve queries or complaints promptly, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Other reasonable duties that may be assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
